We added the light pieces to our board last time, but still need to add the dark pieces.
I've also made the background for the pieces transparent. You can get the new pieces here:

The individual images have the same names, just replace the previous ones with them.
I'll show you how we can quickly invert the colors using macOS's preview application.

Hopefully you were able to at least briefly look at variants yesterday.

I also previously mentioned that the first variant I ever saw was for some sort of magic-type unit. I don't remember all the specifics, but I do recall it had a custom board. I'll modify my board and add this piece as well.
