The client is clearly stated without evidence of consultation. The rationale is weakly but sufficiently explained – both for the product and the software. The criteria for success are specific enough. This criterion should focus on investigating a scenario with reference to a client/adviser interview and consider options for the product, justifying both the chosen solution and the software.
