UI/UX are two terms that often get lumped together.
They are, however, not the same thing.
Let's briefly learn about the two and how they differ.
Let's briefly see another designer talk about the process. There are of course other videos you can find, but this one is fairly short. There is an advertisement for the tablet she uses baked in, from about 4:30 to 5:15, you can just skip that bit.
UI designers, and even some UX designers, sketch out their ideas.
That's what you'll do next.
Think about your ePet idea.
What might you want it to look like? What sort of features might it have? Does it need buttons for the player to interact with the pet? Does their need to be menus? Does information, like the pet's happiness level or other values, need to be shown on screen? How might you show them?
Think about these questions as you sketch out ideas on how your ePet application may look.
You can look up examples to help you.
Sketch out 4 layout ideas for your ePet application.
Take a photo of them and add them to your slide for today.
