Start a document.
Include your company's name, and an image to represent it.
Who else would work in your fake company?
List a few other people you'd hire, along with their title.

With your partner, discuss services by other companies that already exist, that you wish were better for whatever reason. Discuss ways you think they could be improved.

With your partner, agree on and choose 3 different services you wish were better,
for each: 

• describe how do you think it could be improved, 

• find 2 different sources that critique or review the service, 

• summarize the sources you found about them.
