We can create a branching narrative with even just the simplest HTML tags, if we want.
Let's look at how.
The trickiest part about this, is you have to keep yourself organized. With each new link, you're creating more pages, which clutter up your folders. It can quickly become unruly. It's important to use some sort of naming convention and be consistent to not end up with a big mess.
Because each page is individually customizable, this also has the most flexibility. You could add individual P5.js works on each page, you could stylize each page differently, and more. However, you have to do more of it yourself.
Today's Task:
You can work with a previous idea, or a new idea, or maybe explore one of the ideas you're considering for your project. Use your class time to create a rudimentary branching narrative / interactive fiction using just links.
On your slide for today, add a video showing the different branches of your story and that the links work.
