A number of very important events took place here, and it has seen many changes. The commander is Tellig Tulach, and this specific Garrison was made for the purpose of fighting back against the Wilderman. However, Tulach was forced to make a deal with the Wilderman, where any land under the Howl’s protection is off limits to him as long as the Howl does not actually target him. This deal was kept up for years, and Tulach kept the secret. However, once the 29th Ranging Squad learned the Wilderman’s true identity, Tulach told them of the deal, but them only.
Currently, the leadership of the Third Garrison lies with the Queen of Pluvia, Rhea Vandran, and her advisor Caloman var Pluvia, who are there in person. She rules with a finesse and steadiness which Tulach did not display, however, she has no idea about the deal which was made between him Tulach and the Wilderman, and has ordered her soldiers to scour the Wilderness looking for it, while Ronvik rests easy within the Garrison’s walls undetected.
The Garrison has teams of adventurers ordered in Ranging Squads from 1 to 29, and with its current open-gates policy, any hungry villagers can stay within the Fort as long as they bring something of value to trade. They are allowed daily rations delivered by Pluvian Soldiers in the Ration House.
