Alphonse Ulvick was the founder of Ulvick and is a descendant of the warlord Aggriph the Vulture. He established Ulvick as a lapdog nation to Lurisia when he gifted her the head of the leader of Moray, Taog Tulach. He sent the knight Sir Hogman Billows and his squire Chapman to the Yawnish Strand in order to scavenge the wreckage of Tulach's ship and find his head.
