He had several prophecies which he got from watching the birds. The players needed to give him one silver piece per prophecy.
He spoke about the future several times in vague, fragmented sentences, before packing up and leaving, scared of the army of gnolls he just saw in a vision.
Relkoin also showed up at Tellig Tulach's wedding on a whim and told had a toast to tell everyone a haunting prophecy about Tulach's future.
Since Tulach's Getaway Village was assimilated into the Wilderman's Army, Relkoin told prophecies to the Wilderman and his Sunwalkers (including those in training)
Later, he tricked the Sunwalkers into disarming a dungeon and finding Lorn, allowing Relkoin to nearly kill Lorn, to further Nath's will. He used strange 4-dimensional magic and had unfathomable strength, but was trapped in Lorn's crystal dimension. Now his whereabouts are unknown.
