Caloman is a high elf with grey hair and spectacles, who is Queen Rhea Vandran's closest advisor. He is a very bookish and aristocratic fellow who speaks with an air of intelligence and authority, which can be seen as pompous or condescending but isn't really meant to be. He currently is stationed with Queen Rhea in the Howl's Third Garrison.
Caloman looked through the research left behind by the late Gareth Turnkey and found it to be intriguing, but not too noteworthy. However, when the 29th Ranging Squad looked through it, a paper fell out which he missed, detailing some landmarks in and around the Heibach Mire. Caloman then gave the 29th Ranging Squad appropriate accommodations including a horse-drawn carriage for them to comfortably travel north to the Mire and further investigate this lead.
