Devin

Devin is a Hawk of the True Foundation. He and a dozen other Hawks were defending the Heibach Mire so their exploration of it would go uncontested, but the 29th Ranging Squad was too capable. He was the only survivor, and so pleaded for his life and showed them as far as his group got to the Mire. The Squad was able to figure out the rest with the help of Gareth's notes. Devin has not been seen or mentioned since.
