Caroline Weche

Caroline is a witch (implied to have come from the Graven Bogs like Shrigia) who worked at the Howl HQ under Bertrand Bower in the loading docks. She is short tempered, irritable, and irritating. She writes down slights against her in a journal penned the "Resentnomicon" and before she casts a spell, she says gibberish which passes for verbal incantations, but who knows for sure if they stay consistent across the same spells. After discovering that Bertrand Bower intended for Julius Dolkolge to desert her and Father Luwensan on the Promethium quest, she urged for them to escape to her swamp hut hideout, inconveniently far away. When her proposition was ignored multiple times, she simply left on her own, especially due to the fact that the others were calling for rebellion against Bower. She has not been seen since.
