Son of Yagmarrtokk, Eye of Orc. Was killed accidentally by Pepipan Chirole, after he got in the way of Pepipan's blade that had intended on striking Yagmartokk himself. It could be said that the beginning of the Lurisia/Orchian war began with Balmon's death.
