so i believe our physical planet & world are mostly here

to support us in the story being created through time

i believe it was created to be enough for long-term sustainability

it has its limits though

it cannot balance with an unending growth of the number of people on it

so a compelling mystery in the story is what's the magic number

and how do people manage themselves toward finding this number

or is it that the number changes as time marches forward

for we all know it has always been this way

but the big question now is

can the population continue to grow or must it be reduced

i believe that if we can reduce the waste then planet earth can sustain greater numbers
