the actual time period (duration) given for anything is an important issue with this solution

how is the duration period or deadline timestamp set

when are vote results tabulated & shared

here i have thought up another innovative solution

the solution is dependent on those within the legislation target population

or qualification group

all qualified voters for any decision help establish the time period

every voter across the whole system specifies a default period for issues by category

you can easily specify one time period for all

you can change these time periods any time you want too

an average is automatically calculated from the qualification group

for every piece of legislation

e.g. with your county vote +100K voters time periods are averaged for this county issue

it is 22 hours 13 minutes 18 seconds

so from the time the legislation hits the vote box

everyone has this much time to assess the content details

you can cast your vote manually any time during this period

but in that last second everyone who did not vote yet

votes via their avatar's default

and instantly results are tabulated and shared
