so when exactly should you vote

or instruct your avatar to vote during the vote period

this partially has to do with whether or not the system does exit polling

and whether or not, the results of exit polling are shared in real time

my gut says that the system should do exit polling

and it should make these results available

mainly because it will lure some citizens into the system more

and the more real engagement the better

so you must carefully consider the timing of when you vote

or instruct your avatar to vote

you have three basic options to consider

1) asap; 2) at the last second; 3) at any point between the two extremes

your decision will depend on how much you want your vote to influence others

again, you are in 100% control here

your call to influence earlier or

vote last second with most everyone else

and have little to no influence

other than your one vote input
