i'm not too sure that any of us really know

what we are supposed to be doing here

oh, we are told by others what we are supposed to be doing

but what this is based on

is not the full truth story

instead it's the popular latest story

as the world exists at any moment

and with this latest horrific act of violence

labeled a hate crime for the moment

the story just got a little worse for most

now the gun debate will rage again

now people will live with a little more fear

now we will draw further away from strangers & neighbors

we just took another big step backward
