so there's a need to imagine a perfect world

in order for us to come up with a long-term budget

a perfectly balanced world across time

not necessarily a perfect world with no problems or unknowns though

what will be budgeted for waste spending

what will people be given

what sacrifices will need to be made for the greater good across all generations

or put another way

what will we sacrifice for our kids & grandkids

so the perfect world is not what your imagination can see for yourself

but instead what can be sustainable for all generations to come

giving everyone about the same happiness of life
