i see a new way the world governs itself in the future

it has no elected leaders

no individuals are given more political power than anyone else has

their is no more candidate campaigning or negative ads

instead every person is given the same opportunity to engage in a new governance system

governance is mostly a virtual world thing

its a bunch of rules intended to control everyone

for the betterment of the whole of society

though enforcement reaches into the physical world

mostly governance involves decision making about prioritizing what is most important

given what is reality at any particular period of time in the story

it's rules and law

it's how we spend our limited resources on too many concurrent needs
