    • several years ago now i recognized that if i wanted to improve the world

    • i first needed to tell a new story of hope

    • and gain an audience of like-minded folk

    • for i could not do this on my own

    • i thought kids might be the best target audience

    • for their minds have not yet developed the full skepticism that comes with age & maturity

    • i wanted a theme that they might relate to easier

    • i ended up landing on a superheroes theme

    • for i saw that any person could easily imagine themselves as a real-world superhero

    • fighting for an improved future world

    • i kind of used the x-men as a template

    • both male & female superheroes

    • i immediately thought of goodguys as a name

    • but hated the guys term

    • i wanted something less male & more all inclusive of all gender identity types

    • so i created a whole new term geyes

    • meaning all gender identities

    • used much the same way others use you guys

    • now just you geyes - to underscore the inclusion of everyone

    • i needed to tell a simple story of hope

    • and my aim was to gather together other like-minded geyes to co-create this story

    • anyone could become a goodgeye & be a goodgeyes superhero

    • and there is still an open invitation to do so too
