global scope vs. global perspective

it's when you evaluate as an individual

considering the impact to the entire planet

you are one individual component of a whole something

that is much larger than yourself

but you interconnect with some/all the other components

that make up the whole

there's the impact on you of an event

and there's also the impact on the whole planet

and you are also concerned (to a degree) with the planetary impact of the event

different than global perspective

where there's really no importance of you in the evaluation

there's just the whole earth & what's important to it as a whole
