    • when a single human being is creating there is bliss

    • as soon as one other person joins the first

    • things often get really messy pretty quickly

    • after a honeymoon period

    • when the new co-creation team is excited about the initial agreement

    • that there's value in the initial concept

    • things get even messier as new minds are added to the collaboration

    • soon & often the harmony becomes misery

    • complexity takes over the simplicity

    • agreement loses out to disagreement

    • battle lines begin to emerge

    • i have spent years actively thinking about & creating in a space i call

    • improved collaboration

    • the focus here is helping to maintain the harmony in the further development process

    • it's creating a whole new process that keeps co-creators happier in the process

    • it recognizes some fundamental characteristics of human behavior

    • specifically as it relates to dealing with other people in collaborations

    • what i have come up with is very very different

    • and all keys off a fundamental concept

    • of preventing individuals from becoming obstacles to moving the required work forward
