story background:
statisfy has taken an ugly turn in its story re the inventor (me)
they are using extortion tactics now
they implemented something called 'pay to play' in the current fundraising round
long story short - they just penalized us nearly one million shares of preferred stock
for not investing more money with them
concept:
so i'm now thinking about writing the true story of the entire project venture
and revealing to the world the dirty truth about the startup biz community
i have been used and abused the entire journey by several different parties
so the story is my personal journey navigating all the good & bad
again a strugglethru story
one we can use to demo our new platform
