critically important to any budget is the assumed waste spending

that amount that is needlessly spent

but what is needless spending vs. other types of spending

is alcohol & tobacco expenses needless

are entertainment expenses needless

is further advanced education needless

is national defense needless

is medical research needless

is crime prevention needless

is national disaster relief needless

or how about the cost of crime

or the cost of war

or the cost of corruption

or profit & greed

what is important to a life & what is not important to budget for

this is a very difficult question to answer

but i believe one that must be tackled

because no long-term balances system can include endless spending

especially when limited natural resources are involved in the calculations
