imagine that people of the future no longer work for others

instead everyone works for themselves

a governance system exists that is far more equitable

and provides everyone living the same basic resources for which to do their life with

but everyone is free to do whatever they see best with these resources

the thing that most separates us all is our work

our work is mostly connected to our purpose in life

now your work can be anything from 100% selfish focused to 100% community focused

you decide what is most important for your life at any point in time

so mostly you are on your own to reward yourself for your work

in this model you are actually responsible for rewarding yourself

after all you are the boss

you reward yourself with increased states of happiness (see myhappiness)

you work harder to attain more happiness in your life

even though you give happiness to yourself

you only get it from interacting with other people

this creates a powerful force within yourself that helps direct your life's work

consider some different career choices

a teacher, a musician, an engineer, a game creator, a builder, etc.

all these still exist in this future world

each can require great unlimited amounts of creativity

each can deliver something that helps unlimited other people

so each can deliver the performer unlimited opportunity for increased happiness

of course in addition to this happiness there is still opportunity to also make money

just no longer the opportunity to make unlimited amounts of money

for this is far more controlled because the amount in circulation is always limited

but the unlimited happiness potential now reshapes you & society
