    • so i created this new process for improved collaboration i call

    • atreement stories

    • atreement = agreement + tree

    • stories because all collaboration efforts can be thought of as a story of sorts

    • multiple people attempting to co-create something together

    • where everyone has different ideas & content input at different times all the time

    • each needs to consider the other inputs while trying to inject their own creativity

    • my hypothesis is this is better to do alone than in a live meeting

    • where bullies & so-called leaders tend to control meeting agendas & discussions

    • and almost always both stray from the planned work

    • so atreement stories is a new type of platform that you interact with as a team member

    • (so many are developing in this space today)

    • the develop project is the story being co-created in time

    • the team now can be any size vs. it being constrained with other models

    • anyone can add any chapters to the story at any time

    • chapters are not necessarily linear

    • (just like with how i have structured strugglethru)

    • team members explore chapters & create paths with their exploration

    • at any point connecting new chapters to existing chapters

    • the objective is to move away from a chapter one of two ways

    • via an agreement connector or a disagreement connector

    • the overall objective is to try to keep as many team members together as possible

    • but knowing that from time to time individuals disagree & need to explore other options

    • often coming back to the main group

    • often finding a better path & pulling the group over to the new path

    • atreement tracks everyone in real time

    • and reports to everyone where everyone is presently standing in the emerging tree

    • people tend to follow the leader when first engaging in something new

    • but once immersed often need to go explore on their own

    • projects require decision making

    • my solution is to indirectly help everyone find consensus in due time

    • it identifies where everyone is at any time

    • and hypothesizes that most people will stick together or come back together

    • finding the best path forward

    • the leaders are those who create & connect new chapters

    • and who pull the most team members over to where they presently stand
