Ed Tech Conferece Session #1: Culture of Technology!

Thank you to everyone who came on Tuesday to our first Ed Tech Conference session! It was the best turn out that we've ever had and we're excited to offer even more this year!

Stephanie Olson, our new Tech TOSA, came to help us learn about a Culture of Technology. We discussed how students use technology in the classroom and at home. She showed us some videos from Common Sense media that we can use to talk to our students about the impact that their online lives can have in the "real world".

We also worked on building some norms around technology use and how to have a lesson regarding digital citizenship with our students. If you want to check out some of her awesome resources, you can see her presentation here.
