Self-Care for Teachers
· Stop comparing yourself to other teachers. In your building. On Facebook. On Instagram. Or the "perfect teacher" that resides in your mind.
· Remember: Learning. Is. Messy. For you and for students! If something doesn't work the way you hoped or planned, remember to take a growth mindset. What did you learn?
