Pulped some apple skins and cores from the old village apple tree, circa 2011 bounty, and abstracted the juice. Very nice in porridge instead of water. Me and that apple tree are in unity now that I've eaten some of it. For a hundred years all it's done is recycle itself. Can you dig that? Picture it.You know, it spends its seasonal year preparing and growing its progeny and then they drop off, mulch back into the soil and are taken up into the parent plant to grow more apples. :O) Talk about Sisyphus ... ! Expect there's more to it than that, though. Probably something to do with enhanced nutrition.
