In addition to the Accompt........? Mary Cromleholme widdow the relict and adminstratix of the goods chattels and creditts of Samuel Cromleholme late of the parish of St faiths the Virgin London while he lived master of the free schoole of St Paule London deceased followth viz :
The Charge
Imprimis This accomptant declareth that whereas in the inventory of the goods of the said Samuel Cromleholme deceased by her exhibited unto this Court there is mentioned ? as following

being the remainder of a debt of fifteen pounds , forty five pounds ? or to that effect)
She this accomptant finished ? the exhibition of the inventory and accompt of the
said deceased goods into this Court by her hath at severall times in .......?
all quarrells of money ........? the said forty five pounds with which she chargeth herselfe £ xLv
Item This accomptant declarath that whereas in the said inventory there is mentioned
as follows viz - Item Owing by the ........? Twenty pounds or to that affect she page 2
this accomptant since the exhibition of the said inventory and charges of the said deceased
goods into this Court, hath waived ? at severall times of the said debt the summe of Nine pounds £ ix

Item This accomptant declarath that Richard Bury esquire deceased in the said inventory
did in his life time become engaged to pay two hundred pounds to the said Samuel Cromleholme
upon or .....? for ........? of some conditions page 3
contained in convenants which had been made to that purpose for performance whereof some
lands lying in the County of Leymouth ? in the kingdom of Ireland were by the said Richard
Burys will devised ? to some .......? for payment of the summe but the said lands are not
sufficient to pay the principall debt , but do only pay the interest and that long or foure ? months
after the sume is due of which there was due at the deceased death for interest twelve pounds
and about two months page 4
Interest more ? amounting to fortie shillings of which this accomptant hath since the deceased
death and before the exhibiting of the said inventory and accompt had and received ? twelve
pounds and hath charged herselfe with the said twelve pounds in the said inventory and accompt,
of which distribution hath been .......? and since the exhibition of the said inventory and accompt
she hath received the said fortie shillings with which she hath hereby charge herselfe and she
hath received besides since the page 5
exhibiting of the said inventory and accompt the summe of thirty six pounds but in regard the
said covenant was for the making an estate ? to the said Samuel Cromleholme and to her
this accomptant being joint ........? in a farme and grounds to the use and benifitt of her and
the said Samuel . This accomptant referrath herselfe to the Law ? and this court whether she shall
chargeable ? with the same monies which she hath before certified ? to be received ? which was
payable and became due after the death of the said Samuel she being joint .... ?

with her said husband in the said eestate and surviving her said husband.

the said Samuel dec'd ? this accomptant refereth herselfe to the Law and this court whether she shall
be chargable with the farme
