Edward Crombleholme (1770 - 1851) [Cro0278] had 6 children - his eldest son was :
William Crombleholme (1815 - 1851) [Cro0305] married Janet (nee Butler) [Cro0306] in 1837. He was originally a bricklayer and settled in the Blackpool area. They had 6 children :
1) James Crombleholme [Cro0320] born about 1839 not married / died young ??
2) Mary Crombleholme [Cro0321] born about 1841
3) William Crombleholme [Cro0322] born about 1843 married Mary (nee Dickenson) [Cro0323] in 1867.
4) Thomas Crombleholme [Cro0325] born abt 1846 died 1848 (infant)
5) Jennet Crombleholme [Cro0324] born about 1847 married Joseph Williams in 1868
6) Dorothy Crombleholme [Cro0326] born 1850 married Thomas Swarbrick in 1869
1843 - William Crombleholme [Cro0322] born about 1843 the son of William Crombleholme [Cro0305] see above.
1867 - William Crombleholme [Cro0322] married Mary (nee Dickenson) [Cro0323] in Presall ??

Bryan Crombleholme [Cro00 ] relates that he has one in his house in Blackpool which he purchased in New York (USA) !! He thinks that one of the brothers or the son of William Crombleholme [Cro0322] must have taken some with him when he emigrated in 1871
