This rather concise will appears to be relatively crudely written with crossing outs and inserted amendments. This is probably as it was written or, at least, signed by him on the very day that he died. There is a wax seal below his signature but having obtained photocopy of the document I have not seen this myself.
In the name of God amen, I, Richard Cromleholme of upper Rawcliffe cum Tanker in the County of Lancashire Clerk being sick in body but of good and ......? memory praised be God do make this my last will and Testament in manner and form following and as .......? the disposal of all ....? my temporal Estates it hath pleased God to bestow upon me and I give and dispose as follows :
