Noted as formerly the wife of John Clifton
Note : She was the 2nd wife of Roger C [97] - they had married in 1699, she was a widow. Roger would have been in his late 60's. She was formerly married to John Clifton (originally maiden name : Blackburne of Orford Hall. John Clifton owed Richard C [103] of Crombleholme Fold a desparate debt of £74 10s in the latter's inventory made in 1689. (Nr19 below)

He was 2nd son of Richard C [Cro0103] (NR19); Elder brother : Sherburne C [Cro0105]; Younger brother William C [Cro0109]
Note (not in will) He had married Ellen (nee Rodes) [Cro0107] in 1690 but died soon afterwards in 1691.

Richard Crumbleholme [Cro0181] of Whittingham in County Lanc yeoman makes his will this 18th of November 1630. Gives his body to be buried in the parish church of Goosnargh, wills that his funeral expenses be discharged out of his whole goods. Also gives one half of the remainder of his goods to John Crumbleholme[Cro0185] his younger son. Also gives unto his other son Thomas Crumbleholme [Cro0183] £20 and one third part of the other half of goods. Also gives one arher (acre) of ground to his said son John Crumbleholme [Cro0185] Also gives unto his son in law Thomas Gleadell £30 with his daughter Anne [Cro0186] , and 20 nobles more out of the remainder of his goods. The rest of his goods to be given unto the said John Crumbleholme [Cro0185] makes him the said John Crumbleholme his executor. His inventory amounts to £130 13s 8d.

George Crombleholme of Bradley Carr in the parish of Chipin yeoman makes his will the 16th day of February 1628. Gives unto Richard Crombleholme his eldest son all his conomont with the apentrements (sic) during his loune (??) therein. Also wills that his debts and burial expenses shall be discharged out of his whole goods. Also gives one half of the remainder unto his daughter Anne Crombleholme and Margaret Crombleholme equally between them. The other half unto John, Robert, Thomas and William Crombleholme his younger sons to be equally divided amongst them. And makes John Crombleholme and Robert Crombleholme his said sons executors. His inventory amounts unto £180 00s 00d .
