At the end of the ten-round event which finished yesterday in Turkey, James (current Elo rating 1953), playing Board 2 for England, has finished on 6 points out of 10 (a rating performance of 2038), coming a very creditable ninth equal among the Board 2 players. Congratulations to James! The English team, seeded 18th out of the 22 participating teams, finished with 19 out of a possible 40 points, in fifteenth place.
