There have been some great performances from Cowley players at this week's Witney Congress. Eldar Alizada finished 2nd equal in the Open Section on 3.5, with a grading performance of 197.5. Olivia Smith scored 3, with a grading performance of 187. In the U170, Graham Cole (159) was also in the prizes, finishing 2nd equal on 3.5 with a grading performance of 170. Cyril Foster (162) scored 2.5, with a grading performance of 150 which won him the 'highest-placed Round 1 loser' prize in the U170 section. In the U120 Stephen Ennis scored a very respectable 3 points with a grading performance of 110.
