Cowley 3 make steady start

Cowley 3 have made a steady start to the season, much improved from last year. Anna Wang and Oscar Idle are recording very good results on the tough higher boards and the old guard are holding their own lower down, notably Geoff Rasell and David Keeling, who has a 100% record to date. The highlight of the season so far was a victory against Wantage 1st team but unfortunately we conceded both points at Bicester in our last game with an understrength side. My immediate goal is to be in the top half at Christmas!
