Kidlington Tournament full (barring withdrawals)

Post date: 25-Jan-2018 11:19:19

Yesterday we reached the maximum number of entries we can accommodate at the venue for next weekend's Kidlington Tournament. I have therefore removed the original online entry form.

However, since it is to be expected that there will be some withdrawals before the weekend, it may still be possible to secure a place in the tournament, though there is no guarantee of a place and we shall not be accepting entries on the day.

If you still wish to enter, you may submit an entry via the revised online form and pay your entry fee via PayPal, in the hope of a place becoming available. Your name will be placed on a waiting list, and in case of withdrawals the next person from the list will be given the place that has become available. Naturally, if a place does not become available for anyone who submits an entry in this way, their entry fee will be refunded.

For full details, see the page 'Waiting List Arrangements and Conditions' under the 'Kidlington 2018' tab on the tournament website.

Local players who wish to be put on the waiting list may, if they prefer, deliver an entry form to my house with their entry fee. They will then be added to the list. My address is on the Kidlington entry form.
