Pneumatic- The mage sees himself as escaping the doom of the material world via the secret knowledge.
Correlated Entanglement
Prereq: Gnosis 5, Space 3
The mage causes his particles to entangle with other particles within range and transfers his unique energy signature between them. This causes the mage to simply stop existing in the location he started from and now exist in the new location. With the amount of information that needs to be entangled the mage must be able to see his new location within sensory range. This is the same as Local Entanglement (Space 3, RotF) except it can only be used to transport the mage and his familiar.
Multiple short duration uses of this attainment begin to cause some of the energy signature to bleed. Prolonged use may cause the mage's particles to beging to lose cohesion. In game terms, this attainment can be used a number of times per scene equal to the mages stamina without issue. For every use afterwards within that scene a Resolve check is made to activate the power. If the check is successful the power functions as normal. If the check fails the power does not activate and the mage loses his action and one point of willpower. If the loss of willpower results in the mage having used his last point, his pattern loses cohesion and nobody really know what happens then, but it can't be good.
Optional Arcanum: Spirit 4
Evidence suggests that every object within the material realm has a spirit that can be influenced. Whether or not these "spirits" are just energy waves or semi-sentitent beings remains to be proven. Since every object which has a spirit is composed of smaller particles than it can be surmised that these particles also have spirits associated with them. By reaching out to these quasi-spirits information of the particles they inhabit can be transfered through the shadow without effecting the outcome. This gets around the problem of the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. The mage can use this information to entangle his particles through obstacles. In game terms, this allows the mage to use Local Entanglement to go through doors and walls. The mage is still restricted to sensory range and the transfer point must be past one observable obstactle. ie.. through that door, the other side of this wall, around that corner. Not general locations like 215 ft to the right and 32 degrees up.
