We rest some after our battle with the Idigam while Red and Hector head out to the boundaries to talk to some spirits about finding our next target. The knowledge spirit seems to be hiding something and soon they get the feeling something unnatural is nearby. Red alerts the rest of us and we watch the situation remotely. Our first guess is that there is a Fae stalking them and we want to use Red as bait. Eventually I see a demon looking thing approaching Red and Hector dragging something behind it. I realize shortly after that it is the shadow image of the Bane of Oberon. Apparently the Fae don't create proper ephemeral versions of themselves in shadow, interesting. He is dragging the corpse of a troll looking thing, says it was out hunting Red. The Bane tells us that Lord Oberon will meet with us in his throne room two days from now. I am glad we have an audience with Lord Oberon so we can take care of this Fae crap but I'm not entirely happy about going back to Arcadia, specially right into the heart of crazy.
I port us all to the dead troll thing, Danno is going to see if he can talk with it. The troll corpse does indeed come back to life and we ask it who sent him. It says it doesn't know, the contract was delivered by a messenger. We ask who the messenger was and it of course says it doesn't know. I peer into the things memories and get an image of the contract being delivered. The messenger was our old friend Puck. I don't like where this is going. We ask it how it found Red and it said the knowledge spirit told him. I was feeling a little angry now, mostly because the thought of Puck rhyming. I forced the knowledge spirit to appear and started grilling it very angrily. We asked who told it to tell the troll where to find us and the spirit said it was the breeder. This didn't add up, why was the breeder involved with the Fae contracts? After more questions we finally found out that someone in the New York council was in contact with the breeder and Puck was involved in all of it. It seemed liked the breeder was just using the Fae hunting us to his advantage. It was odd because this was the first Idigam to go on the offensive. At this point the knowledge spirit was just blabbering everything he knew and it came to light that the breeder was looking for the perfect mate and was actually drawn here because he wanted Lylith. Apparently the breeder was scared of Lylith so he moved onto the next hot wolf in town, Kat. The breeder had instructed the Fae assassins to stay clear of Kat because he wanted her child. I was of course a bit surprised about that last statement, her what?
Time to focus. We decide we can't have the knowledge spirit running around with this kind of knowledge and ask it if it wouldn't mind being bound in Ahava. We offer it a home within a tablet computer where I will transfer this chronicle and our other knowledge into it. The knowledge spirit likes this idea and he is taken into Ahava so the shaman's can bind him. The rest of us are going to pay a visit to the New York council. We have not had much information from them lately and we need to start following up this council contact with the breeder lead.
We head into New York in a normal fashion, we decided we need to get an idea of the state of things before we go all horsemen on them and tip our hand. We find the "Prince" Khan looking ragged. He hasn't slept in days and looks real worried. He tells us that he feels the council is falling apart, no one seems to trust anybody now. We tell him we think he has a traitor and we wish for him to convent the full council so we can question them. Khan agrees and says he will convene in 4 days.
We return to Ahava. We need to talk with the Korthak and do some research on Fae court rituals. The horsemen go to Arcadia in a few days.

I of course go and talk to Kat. She says that it is true and she is with child. She has known for over a month and knows that it is a girl. She didn't tell me because she didn't want to worry me. Gods know I have enough weight on my shoulders and this is another thing to pile on top. While the thought of a daughter fills me with happiness, my mind can't help but wander to the negative side of things. This is not the best environment for bringing up a child and I fear what may happen if Donovan finds out. And now I have to move beyond just saving the world, I have to make sure the new world is a proper place to bring up my daughter in. But soon my worry is replaced with a smile. I am constantly amazed at the challenges the universe keeps throwing at me. It wants me to be mired in the negative but I will not give it the satisfaction. I will use this blessing as a new found reservoir of strength. My daughter will remind me that I have to stay on the uphill path of Wisdom. I have to set an example now. So fuck you universe! I will shift the weight of my worry and use it as an anchor. I will remain grounded and bring to fruition a new enlightened world. A world where my daughter will be free and happy. I see now that conquest is not about subjugating the masses, It is about defeating the corruption and pushing back the darkness. The masses will fall in line not through fear of the conquerer but because their fears have been conquered.
