Just for fun: 3 Rules of American Creativity
1) Do not teach creativity
We don’t we teach it, because it results in rebels and individualists. Leaders and corporations may laud creativity but that fact is that it is very dangerous for those in power.
2) Turn creativity into mis-creativity
Mis-creativity is much more profitable for it is either imitative, destructive, mediocre, superficial, trivial, manipulative, stolen, shallow, exploitive, euphoric, distracting, addictive, entrancing and so on. Mis-creativity is the verve and vigor of our modern consumerist age.
3) Steal creativity
Creativity is of high value but if it is not being used to make fortunes, then it must be stolen and put to that use.
