Innoye pronounced In-no’-eh.
His philosophy revolves about diversity, creativity and individuality which express personal experiences in America. He thinks a fundamental goal of an individual and a society is to create "Diverse Wholes".
Social Creativity is a thesis that puts many of his ideas together into a strategy for cultural change.
His educational background is in science and economics but he prefers philosophy, psychology and creativity. He has also had experience as an organizer and running a business. He writes on issues from economics, politics to media to identity, emotions, love, and life issues. His books are experiential, intuitive and original. Though he has academic training, this does not equip you to confront modern difficulties.
He hopes to work with others to make the world a better place. His latest work, Social Creativity and Revolution, is aimed at forming a new kind of movement for cultural and systemic change very different from past paradigms and strategies.
