Topics covered include but are not limited to: observation skills, crime-scene investigations, hair analysis, fibers and textiles, forensic botany, fingerprinting, The Innocence Project, and DNA profiling. Students taking this course will also use their deductive reasoning skills, including how to play the game “Clue”. Interactive lab activities, class work, and speakers are incorporated into the basics of this course.
