Required Supplies: None

Offered: Every year

Duration: Traditional year

High School Credit: .5 credit/semester

This is a continuation of Integrated Math I and a more advanced course in Mathematical topics focused mainly on Algebra II with some Geometry and Probability mixed in.   Students will begin with an intense review of the basics of Algebra.  Students will then study exponents, polynomials, quadratics, complex numbers, working with functions, triangles, polygons, similarity, and right triangles, basic probability, coordinate geometry, circles, and two/three-dimensional models. Integrated Math II places greater importance on practical problems and encourages the everyday use of Algebra to solve them.  Students will hone their deductive reasoning skills and implement them in more advanced mathematical and non-mathematical situations.
