This course examines the biological basis of management policy and management practices for Minnesota fish, birds, and wildlife. Course includes identification, life histories, harvest, endangered species management, depredation, exotic and introduced species, habitat attributes, laws and regulations and wildlife policy and politics. Identification and study will be influenced by the Minnesota FFA Fish and Wildlife CDE. Instruction will include classroom and laboratory settings. Supervised agricultural experience, The Agricultural Experience Tracker and FFA will be integrated, as appropriate throughout.
