This one semester elective offers students in grades 11 & 12 an opportunity to improve their overall fitness in our fitness room. This class gives students the ability to set goals and improve specific fitness areas such as cardiovascular, muscular strength, flexibility, and weight control. Students set up individual goals in their fitness plans and monitor areas such as heart rate, weight loss or gain, and look at influences such as nutritional habits. (Limit 15 students)
