Students enrolled in this course are focused and have a passion for agriculture, food and natural resources and The National FFA Organization. Each student will complete a course plan with the instructor outlining how they will develop premier leadership, personal growth and career success. This plan must include a post-secondary plan component, a project specific to a career pathway. It may also include completing degree applications and proficiencies and career development event study, completing an agriscience research project, fabrication self directed projects, writing weekly communications and articles for local media and information technology, writing a paper or creating a display about an area of agriculture of interest. All coursework hours will be journal utilizing the Agricultural Experience Tracker. Supervised agricultural experience and FFA will be heavily integrated.
