FACS FOR THE OUTDOORSMAN I

This class is designed for students who have a love for the outdoors and hunting.  During the semester students will learn safety and sanitation principles related to working with wild game and learn cooking techniques that can be applied to wild game.  Students will have the opportunity to put to use these techniques using a variety of meats, poultry and fish.  Develop design skills for residential and recreational spaces, related to your outdoor endeavors.
