This program is an intensive, individualized, and experiential education experience. Students can select to participate for 45 or 90 hours. Students selecting the 90 hour option will be offered RTR credit. Students will select specific classroom seminars to attend throughout the summer offered by the agricultural education instructor or other local opportunities, develop a personal calendar of activities focusing on premier leadership, personal growth and career success and support the RTR FFA Garden. The student's career development event (CDE) and supervised agricultural experience (SAE) program will be a major part of the summer program. Regular work with the Agricultural Experience Tracker (AET) is required.
