Energy is a characteristic for people who lead social change. Energy means working hard, not giving up and being positive. Showing energy is similar to determination, but is different because you can be determined and not be happy, but energy means happy. Jackie Robinson shows energy when he was playing baseball because he never gives up when he was playing and he was trying to not give up because it was kind of hard playing baseball. I showed energy by learning and not giving up on my work and I try my best that’s how l show energy. This characteristic helps Jackie Robinson and me become helpers in the world.
In Promises To Keep by Sharon Robinson , it said “He felt excited, scared and thrilled by the opportunity to play in the big leagues.” This shows Jackie Robinson has energy because he never gives up when he was playing baseball even though it was hard for him. This shows that energy is important because it helped Jackie Robinson make a difference.
l need this quality in my life because I need energy to work hard and not give up when l am trying to read. I did well on my reading because I was practicing at home and l read to my mom. I am going to show energy by helping people know to do on their work because I like helping people and that feels like showing energy
For my yard sign, I chose Arial font because it looks like energy. It looks like it because the font looks excited. I chose that color because it looks good and so people can read it good.
Both Jackie Robinson and l use energy by leading the community. This quality important because without energy people would be tired. This quality relates to Jackie Robinson because he never gives up. This quality matters because rather they wouldn't go to work and the world would be different.
