My chosen leader of social change and I show a character trait by helping people see things that they might not see.

Helpful is a normal characteristic for people who lead social change. Helpful means to help someone just for the act of kindness. Showing helpfulness is similar to kindness, but different because instead of being nice you’re doing something about a problem or if someone is in pain you help them. Sarah Uhl shows helpfulness when she painted the world and traveled it because she made us see how beautiful the world is. I show helpfulness as well, by trying to be there for my friends in school. This quality helps Sahra Uhl and me become a helpful person in others’ eyes.

Many times Sarah Uhl demonstrated helpfulness when she would draw the nature around her because it would show the people who didn’t really care about how beautiful the world really is. It would help them see how beautiful it was, also making them maybe care about the world more, she showed this trait by helping out the world. In a REI article Sarah-Uhl-Illustrator-Adventurer by Chris-Van-Leuven, it said “the growth that comes with each new chapter of our lives. That’s what I do with my art, it’s a pliable canvas,” she says. “It’s a hunger to keep growing, to evolve, to push myself outside of my comfort zone.” This shows helpfulness, it shows helpfulness by her art because she said that she unfolds her art like chapters meaning that her life is like a book and each new chapter is a new place. She goes on adventures and she paints many different things helping people see the world without leaving their homes. Also helping them care about the world so that they can care and help the world because they want to keep it beautiful.

I also had an experience where I showed helpfulness . One time, someone couldn’t do a math problem. They were confused and saw that I was already done. Then they came up to me and asked if I could help them. I showed them 3 different ways to do the math problem and that helped them.The person told all of their friends how to do it and they told their friends. It made me happy to see that they passed down what I was doing to each other, that’s how I showed helpfulness to others.

I decided to brand Helpful. I chose Euphoria Script because it can bring the good in other people because it's pretty and it shows the inner person inside of them and in you if you are very helpful . I also chose Cyan because it stands for sadness. These decisions show my personal helpfulness as my brand.

Helpfulness is when someone makes someone else see what they do not understand or when you protect them and make sure they don’t get hurt and or if they need help with something small and you decide to do it for them. This quality is important because it helps people who need it and or you can help people see things they did not know before and also help them see things they didn't care about but is very important . Leaders of social change must have Helpfulness because they need to help people just like Sarah Uhl helped people see the world without leaving their homes. This matters because, people didn’t really care about the world but Sarah Uhl put a dent in that by painting what she found or what she explored also letting people who could not see these things see them but in a drawing.
