Students read "Promises to Keep" by Jackie Robinson as a way to build their background knowledge on history and the importance of the changes he was able to make to the sport of baseball.

Students expanded their study of Leaders of Social change by reading about people like Jim Abbott, Sarah Uhl, and Eloisa Duarte (just to name a few).

Students worked to identify a factor of success in themselves.
